Members of volunteer program enjoy a blend of formal and informal team-building activities, including networking opportunities with HYSTA's board members, management team, and fellow volunteers. Members exchange thoughts on professional development issues such as entrepreneurship and career advancement. The program hosts post Annual Conference celebration, Christmas party, and special management training sessions.
