Yangpu was awarded  “National  Overseas High-lever  Talents  Innovation & Entrepreneurship  Base” and “National  Innovation-oriented Experimental Urban District” in recognition of its connection to top-tier school talents, well-developed infrastructure,  and professional service for start-up companies. At this event, the officials from Yangpu Overseas High-level Talents Innovation & Entrepreneurship Service Center will introduce their government preferential policies “3310 Plan”,  and recruiting plan.
