Xing Ming: CEO of tianya.cn
Xing Ming, MBA of Chang Jiang Commercial College. BA of Chinese Language Major in Zhong Shan University. He used to work as clerk in Hainan Province Information Center, Chief Editor of Development Zone Information Paper and General Manager of Hainan Public Information Network On-line Service Company.

In 1999, he invested and established Hainan Tianya on-line network technical Ltd. and took the role of Chairman of Board of Director and president. He is one of the first era leader of China internet. Those websites operated by him in creative model, including Tianya Community which is online home for global Chinese people, Hainai Online which is the biggest
integration portal in Hainan province and Hainan Tourism Online which is key project of region tourism electronic business, have special status and great impact to China Internet industry.

Mr. Xingming has unique idea on online community advertising, and he proposed an "Environmental marketing" theory base on a large online community, which marks online community business model had made a major breakthrough.

Qiming Huang, VP of tianya.cn
Qiming is the Vice President of Product Development in Tianya.cn, responsible for all product line planning, development and integration with 3rd-party companies. Under her leadership, Tianya has been providing high quality personal internet
services, enterprise internet services, mobile internet services, data analysis platform and cloud computing infrastructure.
She also serves as the Vice President of Silicon Valley-China Wireless Technology Association, focusing on bringing the
wireless industries together between Greater China and the United States.

Prior to her Tianya career, Qiming worked at Oracle US headquarters, leading the product development and marketing of Oracle wireless value-added service platform, RFID Sensor Edge Server, Application Integration Architecture, and other products. She is the primary applicant for three US pending patents in the areas of mobile and RFID. Qiming received her Master in Computer Science from University of Texas at Austin, US, and her Bachelor in Computer Software from Nankai University, China.

Jun Shui, Director, Information Department of HaiNan
籍贯四川人，1988年本科毕业于四川大学计算机系，2005年获南京大学公共管理硕士学位（MPA）。先后在西南物理研究院、企业和政府部门工作。现任中 国海南省工业和信息化厅信息产业处处长。主要从事信息技术推广应用和推动海南信息产业发展工作。先后撰写了“推进海南生态软件园对策研究”、“海南省电子 政府建设研究”等论文和报告。
