Technology Women In Leadership

HYSTA brings together a panel of distinguished men and women leaders in technology to share their perspectives in a stimulating discussion on issues surrounding women in leadership. The panel discussion will be followed by a reception and networking mixer.




Discussion topics will include:


• Creating the environment and building the pipeline for women to excel: What are the challenges? What characteristics would an organization need to have to increase women at the leadership level? How do women get access to C-level mentors and sponsors to bring themselves to the next level?


Roles of men & women in the workplace and at home: How are they changing? What are the implications of these changes to men and women leaders in technology companies?
