Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP)was founded with joint partnership between China and Singapore governments. Since its birth in 1994, in just 16 years, the park turned into one of the best, and most competitive parks in China in the areas of High Tech, Eco Science, Supply Chain and Outsourcing. SIP has also established it’s presence in Silicon Valley by partnering with HYSTA through HYSTA China Partnership Program.

- 1 Million RMB free government support funding and 6.5 Million RMB venture capital.
- 100 square meters of office and 100 square meters of apartment space for free for the first 3 years.
- 1 Million RMB housing purchasing assistance.
- 1 Million RMB bank loan offer at 50% discount of bank lending interest rate
To apply for this program in the areas of semi-conductor, IC design, Nano-tech, software development, Internet, communication, new energy, advanced processing, etc, you will need to be qualified in the following criteria.
- Applying companies (teams) were founded on or after Jan. 1, 2010 in Suzhou Industrial Park, or have not been registered yet.
- Applying companies (teams) have or plan to have a registered capital of no less than 1 million RMB.
- Applicant's actual investment or committed investment (do not include technology appraised as capital) is at least 1 million RMB, or 30% of the company’s registered capital.
- All the projects must have the IP right.
