Cliff L. Ma is the CEO and Chairman of VoiceOn Technology; VoiceOn’s main operation is in Beijing, China. Before cofounded VoiceOn, Cliff spent most of his professional career in Silicon Valley. He cofounded Anchor Semiconductor (pioneering DFM technologies and markets) and ran its sales and marketing operation. He held senior director of business development and sales director positions at KLA-Tencor. He also held business and technical director positions in several other public hi-tech companies in semiconductor industry. He was the country manager (China) for Analogy, Inc. in late 90s; Analogy was later acquired by Synopsys. He was a guest scientist at Siemens Corporate Research in Munich and gave technical talks in many IEEE conferences and universities in US, Europe and Asia. He received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from University of Washington; BSEE from Tsinghua University in Beijing; he was the president of Student Union in 1987 and played on college volleyball team.
